SUMMARY

Erick is interested in the regulation of pre-mRNA alternative splicing. In his PhD, he focused on the identification of regulators of the smooth muscle specific alternative splicing. In his postdoc, he will continue to investigate alternative splicing regulation yet via chromatin structure imposed by histone modifications deployed by antisense oligonucleotides. Out of the lab, he enjoy running, baking and reading.
